FAQ:

WHAT WILL MY INITIAL CONSULTATION INVOLVE?

Your consultation will involve a full health check, ranging from heart rate and blood pressure check, dietary and lifestyle assessment (not a scary one) and a general chat on your current exercise habits and of course your fitness goals. We will also discuss your exercise likes and dislikes so the workouts always remain fun!

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?

Everyone prior to working with a personal trainer should complete an 'exercise readiness questionnaire' (which I will provide and go through with you) just to ensure that you are healthy enough to partake in physical activity. If i have any issues with your health (ie heart problems) i will require a written consent form from your doctor. Other than that – you’re ready to go!

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

Yes no need for child minders! I am happy to include your little angels in your fitness regime! You are also more than welcome to bring along your canine friend as long as the location allows.
